I came here because I needed to relax during exam time. I walked in and said I just wanted a mani but was told I had no nails and I needed acrylic. I don't do acrylic but decided to go for it anyway since I'm going on a trip after finals. WORST DECISION EVER! They got busy right when they started on my nails. I've gotten acrylic plenty of times and am very familiar with the process. The lady rushed, and was juggling me and another girl at the same time. She used gel color and didn't use the light you're supposed to use to cure it. She half assed my nails and just moved on to the next customer. i simply was not happy but decided to let it go because I had much more on my mind. Once the lady finished, she just turned on the fan and told me to leave my nails there. THAT's IT!!! She left and took care of others and left me there waiting...and waiting.... I needed to pay and leave so I flagged her down, paid and tipped and left wanting to cry. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the trouble. Read the negative reviews on here, which is what I should've done. I've attached pictures of my nails just a week later. I broke one a few days ago and today my thumb nail broke and I just had it!! The GEL color that is supposed to last, is just washing off because it wasn't applied correctly. I never ever leave negative reviews, I just tip and move on with my life but this place, I could not believe how screwed over I was. Go somewhere else, anywhere else...just RUN from this place.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews here, but I've come to this place several times and had a great experience every single time. The employees are really nice and they do a great job. If you're explicit about what you want and how much it will cost you won't have problems! 10/10 would recommend

I walked in with my daughter and ask them their prices and they said 8 dollars for a manicure and i forget what they said for a pedicure but it did not add up to 35 dollars all together.  So then the girl waved her hands and said 35 dollars for the both of you.  So I said OK, thinking they were giving us a good deal for having two of us.  When we were finished they charged me 70 dollars.  I felt like they had tricked me in to thinking I was getting 35 for the both of us. It isn't about the money, it is about the fact that I felt tricked.  Even if we got our nails and toes done separately, it would not have added up to 70 dollars.  To leave on a positive note the staff was very friendly otherwise. They did do a good job on the nails.  Just make sure you are CLEAR with what they mean with prices and what you want if you go here.

Was skeptical bc the pumice and foot grate they used did not look like it had been sanitized  and now 48 hrs later I have Athlete's Foot. I know it was from them because I don't do anything with my feet bare and I am personally very clean.  Great customer service doesn't matter if you are going to get an infection.
