New employee kayla was very friendly and efficient.. Prices a bit better than most all in town. Air machine was in working order. The window washing liquid was great actually had a blue color and suds nice.

No restroom?!?! Really? Purchased a full tank of gas and no restroom....ridiculous. Go elsewhere.

On April 6, 2017 around 7:45am-8am I needed air in my tire so I stoped at the "We got it! Food mart" in Fallbrook, CA and put $1.50 in quarters (most gas stations only charge $1) and it did not turn on. I added two more quarters thinking maybe my count was off and it still didn't turn on. I went in to the "We got it! Food mart" and asked the Hispanic girl behind the register (she was more interested in whomever she was texting than customers) if she could turn on the air. She said she would so I went back to the air/water machine, still no air. I went back in to the food mart and asked is the air out of order, she said no and she would turn it on again. So back out I go, no air. Back in to the mart and said it's not working and they need to put an out of order sign on the air. I went back out to my car and just to make sure tested the air, still nothing. As I was getting ready to get into my car a group of landscapers pulled up to fill up the tire on their trailer. I tried to tell one of them that it was not working but he did not understand. I even tried squeezing the trigger on the air and shaking my head to let him know that it was out of order, but he still did not understand. So I got in my car and started to leave, while I was waiting to pull out into traffic I saw that they were filling their tire with air. Was it because I am not Hispanic that the girl at the register did not want to help me, or maybe the texting conversation she was having was to much of a distraction? "We got it! Food mart" does not have it when it comes to customer service. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would.
