Insulting. Ms. Raith had the audacity to suggest that Houstonians were little better than illegals for taking refuge in Dallas after Hurricane Harvey, joking that Dallas would be punished for being a sanctuary city. If you're from Houston, don't go here.

Met with Lisa, she was not very friendly, immediately made us wait outside is a sign of no trust. Also had water in the refrigerator it was a hot day. We thought oh cool grabbed a water and she says you're welcome with a snotty tone. Offered her a dollar because I'm not looking for handouts. Just thought it was free to people that came to the house. Then my daughter asked questions her response to my daughter was don't worry about it... wouldn't recommend any young families to her. She judged us right when she pulled up then to make things better she pulled up next to the car so close I had to get in and back up for us to put our son in the car. Horrible experience. ZERO STARS!

Do not use these people to find a house! I was insulted by one of the agents with United today. I did go to the wrong house on accident, but when I spoke with Nami I apologized and asked if we could see the house tomorrow (our original plan).  After being lectured on how i wasted her time, because i don't work and just screw off all day, i hung up on her. She called back, hung up again. Then she started texting me about how rude I am and how that i will never be successful when i don't respect others time. I posted my frustration on facebook, and when i finally spoke to her manager all they cared about was removing the reviews. WOW. She even compared my job to hers and "how would you like it if someone blasted you online". Well i wouldn't, but i also wouldn't allow myself or any of my employees to treat a potential client that way.
