The woman who takes all VA appointments at the Quantico and Fredericksburg locations is a total B*TCH. If she acts like a rude hag on the phone, there's no telling how horrid she is in person! 
I called on my husband's behalf (he's the veteran) trying to schedule him an appointment since he doesn't get home from work until after 6pm Monday - Friday (a civilian job off base). The woman went off on me saying nasty comments, trying to belittle me all because my husband couldn't call her himself. I mean good lord I'm just trying to help my husband out by scheduling his appointment, it's not like I'm planning to go in instead of him for the appointment!
Veterans don't receive enough thanks as it is, so a person who works with them on a daily basis SHOULD have a heart and be kind. But this lady is the total opposite. Please save yourself and go somewhere like Fairfax where the people are wonderful, or possibly even Washington D.C. 
Definitely one of my worst phone experiences, and all for no reason what so ever.
