Waited for my package today. They said they arrived at 6:38PM, but no knock on the door and no notice. Having to wait an extra day to receive my package because of laziness on their part. What makes me really upset is that they lied and said they left a notice. I looked in the mail, on the door, everywhere and there's nothing out there. I understand time is important when delivering mail, but time shouldn't allow you to be utterly or inappropriately lazy.

This is the second time I was told my package was delivered and it wasn't. I am filing a police report because it is only my expensive packages getting stolen.

Lines during peak hours are very bad. They are more of a "get in get out" customer service style. I purchased a new house, and they didn't start PICKING up my mail until several days later, even when I live beside houses and had my red flag up. You know the old saying, you pay with peanuts you get monkeys. Not a friendly crew there and just waiting for the time to get off work.
