The US postal service is getting awfully pathetic.
I use Express Mail a lot, and I ALWAYS mark "NO WEEKEND DELIVERY."
Despite that, the post office has tried to deliver my packages on weekends the last 8 or 9 times!  Well of course the businesses to which I am shipping are CLOSED on weekends, and the post office can't deliver it.  
No problem, right?  They'll just deliver it on Monday, right?  WRONG!
The post office will no longer make another delivery attempt unless you do the leg work and call the post office and sit on hold with a customer service rep for a half an hour!
WHY?  THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO TRY TO DELIVER IT ON A WEEKEND ANYWAY!!!!

GET IT TOGETHER, U.S. POST OFFICE!  Just because everything else the government runs is total crap doesn't mean you have to be!
