There is one lady I believe she is a manager who is very helpful. I go there on a regular basis and I have noticed areas for improvement but, will never complain when people are trying and being pleasant. Tonight however I was very unhappy with how I was just brushed off. The little man literally let the door shut in my face as I asked him a question. I then Hollered to the lady whom I could hear behind the steel and she replied, No and No to my questions about another location that open late or even a 24 hour post office. After researching on my phone I found that there was another post office open for an additional half hour that I could have made it to if someone had been kind enough and considerate enough to let me know about it. Rather I had to stand there doing research on my phone by then it was closed. I had a prepaid package but, needed a receipt. This is the same guy that's always asking for a review. I understand closing time and people want to go home but, a little bit goes a long way! It wouldn't have taken him or her a whole minute to tell me about the other location but, in order for them to do that he would have to care! What can I say I'm very disappointed! Life goes on... he ask for the review every time I come in so here it is. To add to this I received a package slip yesterday that I was not home to get which the slip told me to pick it up after 11 am at the post office. I went, stood in line to be told the carrier is bringing it back out even though that was not what the slip said. I go back home wait for Carrier who told me he does not have it it’s at the post office on the shelf I must go I. To pick it up. He tells me to ring the bell at the door for Service, nobody comes and the lady tells me I have to wait in line.... are you freaking kidding me????! I was just there waiting in line to be given the wrong information. She’s says there’s no one here to help you every one is waiting in line.... I waited in line again..... don’t expect any customer service whatsoever at this location!!!! It is the absolute worst post office I have ever been to! Be prepared to stand in line and stand in line again and you still may not get or achieve what you care for. If you can use fedex or ups I would recommend it or maybe you can be helped at another location!

Our Regular carrier, Emy ( Amy), is great. We are very pleased with her. However, when she is off, there is a lazy substitute!!! The sub pulls in and proceeds to drive out. Not delivering any mail for 5 houses. I've had lost mail, due to this. Who do you call to complain? The office doesn't answer their phone. Is the sub throwing away mail? Aren't the carriers suppose to get all of their deliveries done by end of day?...

Went to drop a package off after hours for the 24 hour self service. The interior sliding door was locked. December 1 at 1013 pm.

Had the appointment to get my son's passport, when I showed up "the lady that does that" was outsick. I would expect an email or text saying that the appointment was cancelled.

I have had a post office box at this location for the last 3 years and the last 3 months I have had several packages "lost". When you call to inquire because my packages have usps tracking they act like I'm inconvenient them. Why do I pay for a post office box especially I can't even get my stuff. Once I was told I receive too many magazines by the staff.
