Absolutely the worst Post Office I've ever done business with. I decided to mail important business paperwork going to North Canton on Friday and it's now Wednesday and it's still not there. It's 26 miles. So what is the problem? Are you walking it there? For sure this will be the last time I use this post office for anything. Why are you even here? Look at your ratings, 2.2 stars. You should be ashamed of the lack of service that you provide to the community of Stow.

Busy ! They are efficient, with the dry sense of service most post offices have working there but who cares, you just want your stuff mailed & they get that. Clean facility with the automated stamp machine right when you walk in.

Extremely unhelpful post office. Refused to correct our address, resulting in packages being delayed and mis-routed. Rude & out of line service in person and over the phone.

Our mailbox door was broken long ago. It was reported. But Stow Post Office was unresponsive. Our mails are getting lost. Shame on you Stow Post Office! (Pleasant Meadow Village)

I order something that is shipped monthly. So far it has been delayed over a week four months in a row at this post office. Not sure what they're doing but they're not doing their jobs.
