This place is beyond awful. It is filled with lazy, apathetic employees and their delivery personnel sometimes just don’t feel like delivering packages. Worst post office that i’ve Ever been forced to deal with.

Worst Customer Service I Have Eve Received. I've Been Waiting For My Mail That I Have To Sign For To Arrive No One Came To My Door At All, Handwriting Is Some Work Can't Make Out A Single Word. When I Have Went To The Post Office To Pick Up My Mail They Claim To Not Find It....After Going Around A Whole Circle I Was Informed That They Don't Have It But Returned It The Day After. Even Though They Can Hold It for Five Business Days. Either They Need To Hire More People Or Get On The Ball.

Sometimes the line can have a bit of a wait, but that's not unusual from my experience in any post office. I have always been greeted by very friendly workers and always leave feeling as if my package is going to be taken care of properly. Now that, I can not say is true for some of the other post offices I have gone to! Overall, this is a nice post office and it serves its purpose :)

Horrible! I never have the same carrier for more than a week and my mail is almost always delivered after 7pm. I complain, they tell me they're "on it". They get a review by the PMG with someone tailing the carrier around making sure he's doing his job and of course they pass the review with flying colors since they put the ONE competent mail carrier onto my route for that day. I'm tired of being used as training ground. Since I can't get the carriers to pick up my packages I take them over to the Hurst Post Office. They actually care about their customers!
