Do not come here for a passport. Brought my one year old in to complete his passport application. We had pictures taken elsewhere. The employee working, Pete, said immediately that the photos wouldn't work. The background was too gray instead of white. He sent us to the Baden post office because they take walk-ins and will retake his photo (apparently he takes photos at the Moon office, but not for infants...). First thing she says is, "The photos you have look good to me. We can try retaking them if you want though. Whey didn't they just retake them at the Moon office? They have the same set-up we do." We retook the photos and decided the ones I had were better anyway. Fast forward 2 weeks and the original photos we had worked! On top of that, a friend of mine had their one year old's photos retaken at the Moon office so why wouldn't they do it for us??? I've known three other families who brought their kids here for a passport and all three were turned away. Don't waste your time!

After all the negative reviews I had to speak up although I've only been to this post office once to buy some stamps. The postal employee was very friendly and helpful.

It's the post office people - what do you expect? All things considered, including the high amount of traffic these guys get, I think they do a great job.

I have lived in Moon for all of my life going on 47 years. And looking at all the negativity in these reviews is very upsetting. I never had any problems with this post office. The staff is friendly. Pete has been there for years and is always helpful. I recommend this post office to everyone

I've only been in here twice and both times the employees are so miserable with their lives/jobs. Both times I just had a simple question and they act like it's the end of the world. Also I've been getting someone else's mail for years and instead of returning it to the sender with the clearly written note, they just put it back into my mailbox until I toss it. This location is just so unhelpful and unhappy.
