The only representative who I can say was helpful was a tallish, gentleman who handles passports. I can say he was helpful by any standard. There was a shorter stocky lady and a younger lady who worked the front counter. They had a spirit about them that THEY were doing ME a favor by taking care of the customers needs. I picked it up as soon as they said "next"in body language, face and voice and it was then validated in their behavior. With the younger one, if you "flip" it and you are really polite to her she will change her attitude. Sad, I have to be extra nice to have a pleasant representative. That all said, I have never found postal workers or government workers pleasant and  I would say 8 out of 10 cases the agent behaves as if they are truly doing you a big favor and also they feel they have the liberty to be rude to you.

Like all the other commercial businesses going down hill. This town takes no pride in customer service. Hum? Arrogance is easier than service. More poor service than ever, do you blame them or the customers?

The woman with the short blonde hair isn't pleasant. I've had to deal with her before and everytime I come in she's rude. Also don't bother calling the location, they just let it ring. No one waiting in line amd the pho e just kept ringing, finally it stopped amd the lady said "Oh well, too late.. they'll call back."

Don't ever come here on a Saturday! Especially not for a passport. Waits are HORRIBLE- literally 2 hours and there is only one person processing passports..NEVER AGAIN
