This is a first class PO. The staff is excellent and demonstrate extraordinary skill and patience with the public.The quality of service given requires proper staffing, often there are only two people working the front counter. They need more help to keep things moving while providing the high level of service I've experienced. There is always a long line, too long, in spite of the obvious attempts to keep up by the short handed personnel. That being said, this is a model operation for something run by the government. J.
