Very nice and friendly people. I ship a lot for eBay sales. These guys are always great. I've shipped a bunch in the last month. I always take them in, they move the line quickly and are nice every time.

If a package says “Do Not Bend” it means what it says. I’m tired of spending money on stuff and it show up broke. They act like it’s not their fault and claim we have no proof that they did it.

Only ever one person working the desk, and no machine to do self service. Takes ages to get througha line. Johnson City is way more efficient.
