I've yet to have a package taken to my apartment. Everyone I get a could not be delivered. Here is what these lazy asses do. They pull into my complex, stop at the mailboxes, put all the mail in the boxes and then leave me an undeliverable slip without even coming to my building.

I left work early yesterday specifically to be home to get this package, but I get an alert on my phone while sitting in my living room 'Your package could not be delivered. Reschedule?'

So on top of terrible delivery track record, this has happened several times, but they also have awful hours. 8:30AM-4:30PM with an hour lunch. Banks have better hours than this garbage heap.

Piss poor service and incompetent people. Every, and I am mean EVERY time, something is shipped this this station, there is ALWAYS a failure to delivery. Makes no sense why every package is that way. The issue, they do not care, are untrained, and have zero management oversight. Please dear god someone shut down this location. I say it would get better but it has been this way for 10 years or more.

My packet was sent by FedEx and was supposed to be delivered by usps. FedEx dropped the packet at usps by Wednesday and it was supposed to be delivered by that Friday. My item was out for delivery Friday but it was never delivered. I go to the location to get my packet myself and they can't find it. The people that work here are so lazy and it's not the first time they mess up one of my orders.

I totally agree to the fact that Byram's mail carriers are very lazy people. Our mail carrier came to our door to deliver a small package and to voice a complaint and a warning about cars being parked in front of the mail box. Evidently if she's not able to pull up to our mail box then we won't be getting any mail. She said and I quote "that's why y'all didn't get no mail last week!" I do believe this is illegal. I tried to call and place a complaint but never got an answer. 😡😡😡
