The majority of the the time, there is only 1 person working at the counter at a time. And the line can get long.

Worst service imaginable! I never have the same carrier, my packages are always lost, the management doesn't seem to care at all. Plan and simple...they SUCK!

I was very disappointed today at the way a worker named Rosa treated me.  She was rude and when I got angry at her she was gestering to the other customers about me. She needs to remember that she has a job because she has customers to serve.  I will report her to the main office.
