Want the worst customer service ever? Do you want to be told by a lazy employee whose literally standing around, doing nothing to come back at 11am even though picks up are suppose to be available at 9? Then come here. It's comedic how appallingly poor the customer service is at this place. They will not deliver your packages on time and will lazily just mark in your stuff for pick up instead of simply delivering it to your address. 

I avoid this place like the plague but they constantly keep forcing to come here and pick up my packages. Awful, disrespectful and despicable employees. If there was a zero star rating... well you know...

The plaza is undergoing remodeling and the United States Postal Service is not open. Prior to remodeling it was excellent. Only one employee, but she was exceptional. Professional, patience and informative.

This Post Office is wack. The people that work here look like they really hate their job and the customer service is terrible. Just a bunch of sarcastic low performing workers

I'd give this no stars if I could. The service is slow. The lady takes her sweet damn time especially when there's a long line. They are also very rude and their office is rarely open. Very lazy people work here.
