Was expecting a delivery at my place of business and received notification that the item was "delivered" via the USPS website. After speaking with our receptionist, she said no package arrived and that she'd been experiencing issues with the delivery of letters being sent to people down the street and vice versa. Went to this post office and spoke with a supervisor who did not return my call nor followed-up with me to provide an update. I called again and was told by this same supervisor that the driver "will look for it". Not acceptable!

Just left after being harassed by PETE, the rudest postal worker I've ever met. Asking me specifically what was in my package, adding tape to make it way more, and accused myself and USPS post office in Durango of mailing packages illegally. Just one of the many things I'll drive to Durango to do and spend my money on because of rude services. And USPS, y'all should get Pete a badge, acting like he's Homeland security. More impersonating to me, which is highly illegal. I really hope he doesn't mess with my package. PETE HARASSES ME EVERYTIME I STEP FOOT HERE. HE IS THE REASON I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS BUILDING AND WILL SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE USE THE KIRTLAND OR DURANGO POST OFFICE. PETE WILL "LOSE" YOUR MAIL. TOOK MY PACKAGE 10 DAYS TO GET TO IT'S DESTINATION. SHOULDVE TOOK 3. PETE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED.

This is the second time the tracking states that my box was delivered..yet no package! The post office never called me back despite me leaving them my number twice. The package is insured but they refuse to pay as the tracking states that the package was delivered. NOT to me !!!!! I am beyond livid.

Hello My postal lady is friendly, polite, helpful, and beyond anything else professional to the max! I see her everywhere go and cannot believe the area she HAS ...HAS to cover ...for a minute i thought it was the mad hatter rabbitt delivering my mail.....I’m late ...I’m late for a very important date....no time to say hello goodbye I'm late m late I'm late...i almost have to grabbed her ankle to slow that lady down....but deliver my mail she does ...to the door...you see I am a disabled American Veteran of the United States of America. And she respects me enough to come to my door and pick up what i lay in the dirt trying to get to my mailbox after falling from my chair. So leave her alone !. Or come pick me up out of the dirt. one or the other.

Have been sending my wife's mail to a different city for years now. I have become good friends with the folks that receive her mail. The post office said they have fixed it many times and it's still the same
