I will keep creating Google accounts just so I can keep leaving awful reviews. Never in my lifetime have I ever had such AWFUL experiences with any delivery service. The last place my $1,000 package was tracked was at Rochester. This package was supposed to be delivered MONTHS ago. When calling the USPS phone number, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get through to an agent. They deleted my tracking number since it’s been so long so even keeping my receipt this long has been useless. The machine is ANNOYING and doesn’t do what needs to be done. It literally says “I know you want to speak with an agent.” Then it hangs up making me call going on 43 times now. I’m finally on hold to talk with a human but apparently, it’s going to be close to an hour before I can get through. I have officially been ROBBED and now I’m being DISRESPECTED. This business has no right working for the government and every single employee that approves the automated messaging system need to be fired and imprisoned. DO NOT SHIP WITH USPS!!!

looser class 101...a bunch of theves...every pk..is opend...its unreal....my sister was told by a mgr...oh this is the mailmen.....not us.....waaaa...if you keep them and dont fire them...then it is YOU......
Do not go here. They have 1 person working and that person has no idea what he is doing. I was there last week. Four customers were ahead of me one was picking up mail. One had three packages and the employee couldn't get postage for ANY of them. The customer took the packages and left. The next customer was paying for stamps with a business check and the employee couldn't figure out what to do with the check. The third customer had 1 package and the employee was able to handle that. I needed $0.70 in postage and the employee couldn't get that. I had to buy 2 stamps for $0.71. It took my over 30 minutes to go from walking in to walking out and that was just 4 customers. I will never return to that post office. Ever!
I had a package dropped off on 12/30 for 2-Day delivery. The package shows that it’s still in Rochester as of 1/4 and is expected to deliver on 1/6- a whole week after the “guarantee”
Sure would be nice if the USPS would get the hours of operation on the individual websites for each post office location co-ordinated with what is written on the door. Tired of driving miles to go to one that says it's open 'till 2PM on the website and then get there and find on the door that it closes at Noon.
One of the employees put a sticker on my car. Saying pick up your trash. But it wasn’t my trash to begin with. Very rude ruin my paint on my car while I was seeing my friends
Great and quick experience. The postal worker there was very friendly and helpful as we figured out how certificates of mailing worked for the first time...
Staff was friendly and helpful. I use this USPS a lot and there's rarely more than 1 person ahead of me.
This branch is never a wait and the staff are very friendly helpful and pleasant by far one of the best if not the best post office in rochester.
