Most of the staff here is rude and gets annoyed if you ask for any kind of help. They are not helpful and seem like they are miserable working there. They seem like the type you would read about "going postal" at work. Most if the time they won't even look at you when talking to you and roll their eyes when you ask a question

Everyone is always in such a terrible mood, as if helping you isn't the totality of their job. You get treated like an idiot for asking questions, and there's only ever one person at the counter, with what appears to be 3 to 4 employees in the back. Moreover, they randomly close and don't update their website for these closures, so it's a safe bet that they're closed three days before and after every holiday.

Everyone I met there was very courteous and respectful. They were all willing to help me when I wasn't sure exactly the best way to send my package.
