Make sure you arrive 30 minutes early so you can wait in line for 20 minutes before you even get to talk to somebody. Once you do talk to someone they're going to direct you to go to another post office because they don't feel like helping you right now whatever you're trying to do too much for them to handle. Just like most places in Lehigh the employees hate their job so they take it out on you.

The mailman hasn't delivered my mail in three months when I finally stopped him to ask why he skips my house .....he said I was waiting for you to either call the post office or come outside and stop me to ask me why I haven't been delivering your mail ...He said I cant back up due to the fact that I will get in trouble and many people have died from the mailman backing up their cars and running people over ... I called the office June 22 at 12:30 I spoke to a supervisor that was extremely rude saying that I live in fantasyland because I used a reference of when mailmen used to ride horses through rain sleet and snow to deliver mail ... my brother served two terms in Afghanistan battalion 101 screaming Eagles he's a police officer for Fort Myers PD canine unit.... my family has done enough for this country for the mailman to back up at least one car Length in a dead end street to deliver my mail ... she hung up the phone on me not letting me finish what I had to say calling me ridiculous and saying that I'm rude because I'm upset that I haven't received my mail in such a long time ... What ever happened to taking pride in your work what ever happened to delivering mail to fellow Americans no matter what ?? In New York the mailman delivers mail in 2 feet of snow blistering cold and walking !!! People are getting too comfortable these days ... scared of a little hard work.... lacking dignity and respect , expect everything to be handed to them ... what more do you want me to do ?? And when you do deliver my mail close my mailbox please OK close the mailbox close the mailbox close the mailbox my documents will get wet thank you so much for your time I'm sorry if I caused any inconvenience but you deserve no stars if that was an option

What a joke - refused to leave package and get out of truck, called the Lehigh Post Office phone and they have the number connected to their fax machine so they don't have to answer. Use UPS or Fed Ex if you want service. Typical government agency - just don't care

I have mailed many Ebay parcels at Lehigh Acres post office. Everytime I go there I have a problem. They are suppose to weigh and scan every package. Two people before me just left a package and the agent accepted it. But mine had to be scanned because "It was big." She wasted my time for 22 minutes and the package was prepaid and actually came out to the same price I prepaid. The agent seemed angry that she could not charge more money. The women up front are full of bad attitudes.

Packages ruined by weather due to lack of consideration by delivery agent. Packages not left when no signature required. Makes dealing with the post office a hassle and frustrating especially when your cat's food is not delivered and you have to wait several days to even receive what was allegedly guaranteed delivery.
