If I could give them less than one star I would. I sent a package to my sister priority mail, last week, and she still doesn't have it. For some reason they're wanting a signature when I did not send its signature required.  Need to get their heads out of their butts and deliver that package.

Would not open window to pick up packages. After knocking several minutes I was shocked when I heard the dead bolt locked from the inside! Absolutely Unprofessional.

Always have the best staff, but sometime a long wait. Needs more staff to cover lunches & breaks so there's more than one clerk available. Postmaster always tries to help cover when possible & staff is always friendly; above average post office, well above average staff.

I would honestly like to rate them a 0. I had my passport submitted at this post office the older gentleman seemed very nice, but here I am 3 weeks from my trip and just found out my passport Application has been lost and never made it where it was suppose to. And because my stupid self misplaced my receipt I'm now $110 less plus other fees and will probably be a victim of identity theft because my ssn and birth certificate was all included. The lady caught an attitude with me on the phone. So I'm basically S.O.L. because they said it was nothing they can do.  My second biggest regret this year is using this post office. Please go somewhere else.

Its 4:30 on a monday and there closed!!!!
There hours are posted as 8-5! Pissed! I just want to pick up my package that should have been left on the Dore step to begin with!
