Out of all the states and cities I’ve lived in, Clarksville hands down has the worst post offices, especially this one. Everyone who works here is rude and hates their jobs. I dread going to the post office just because the workers are so rude. We had a problem sending out a package of Christmas presents because I had decorated glass jars in the package and the guy thought it was alcohol related when it wasn’t. He turned us away so we ended up going to another post office further down the street. The guy at this post office called the other one and told the women about what happened. We told her the guy didn’t understand and didn’t want to give us the time of day to even explain. The women opened up the package to see what we were talking about and she was able to send it out for us. The guy didn’t even offer to open the package to understand what we were talking about. It would be nice to have a post office close by to go to where the workers are actually nice and considerate.

Absolutely the rudest staff! Rose was her name. I came in inquiring about an alert I had received on my phone in regards to a package not being delivered and before I could finish the sentence she began making excuses for the delivery drivers not wanting to walk through snow. Since when does the postal service shut down for 3” of snow? Without hearing what I had to say next, she rudely pointed across the room and said “blue door!” A supervisor will help you there. That supervisor was just as rude. Get it together USPS.

Parking and entry to the parking area seems to always be hard when getting in and out. Wait time is just too long, I’ll make the drive to Oak Grove, KY just so I don’t have to wait in this line. Which seems like every time I go there.

We've had at least 5 or 6 packages delivered this year by USPS and not one, not two, but EVERY. SINGLE. PACKAGE. had been opened from multiple places and re-taped shut, extremely poorly. Even letters delivered had been torn open and poorly taped back together. It was obvious that someone has gone through every single package from USPS and I will absolutely use any other carrier whenever possible.

It's Clarksville, it's going to be busy. I've never had any issues here and the staff has been efficient and polite every time.
