Always have rude USPS employees, should not be surprised! Today I came in to change my address and get a P.O Box because I am going into law enforcement and it was suggested that I do so and the man I dealt with started screaming repeatedly, " that's illegal, that's illegal!" Obviously I have no desire to commit a crime; I probably misunderstood the long list of information I received through email but his behavior embarrassed me and irritated me-why could he not patiently have explained why it was not possible? I would have understood. As it was I just cancelled the transaction and walked out. There must be a reason I was told to get a P.O. Box, maybe I misunderstood the change of address however I have no intention of wasting another 2 hours of my life in such an endeavor. Absolutely unprofessional. ****I went back to get his name; it's "Dennis" who worked here on Friday morning December 1st 2017. He's an older man stout and tall with greyish white hair.

Too small for the area and customers. Desk personnel tend to be very chatty which may be okay but not with long lines of customers. It a a buracracy that is not accountable for performance.

If it wasn't the closest one from where I work, I'd avoid it. There's always one person on staff and a line of at least 10 customers who are usually more helpful than the sole employee. Only go if you have all day and a lot of patience.

Friendly staff. A little small for the large amount of customers, However; this is the only post office I will go to in Clarksville.

My postal delivery had to drive through garage sale goer, got out and placed my mail in my box, when he could've kept on going👍👌🎤
