Marked 4 of my packages as delivered but I never received them!! I was sitting outside at the time they were marked as delivered so I know they did not get stolen.

HORRIBLE!! After calling and trying to track down my package that mistakenly got sent to this office instead of mine in Delhi, and sat in Stockton since Monday (it's now Wednesday), having to call 10 times before anyone finally apparently got tired of hearing the phone ring and actually answered, I spoke with possibly the rudest woman I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. She answered the phone by snapping out, "Hello?!" Then proceeded to tell me, after cutting me off several times, that I must have the wrong office, which one did it go to, she has to have my actual home address including zip code before she'll help me, not even caring to hear what I was calling about. I tell her about my missing package, to which she again just snaps, "give me the tracking number". And unceremoniously puts me on hold. She comes back on the line 5 minutes later, and says, "yeah, it was sent to Sacramento yesterday". Didn't tell me why it wasn't updated in the online tracking, didn't apologize for any inconvenience, didn't tell me when I could expect my package. Nothing. Horribly rude and unprofessional.

The Big White lady that attended me at the front desk was Rude Asf And refused to check for my package because she said she was the only one there ..... if your the only one there who else is going to check for a package ...Her weight has caused her depression and that depression has caused a silly attitude

Their is never any one their to pick up the phone I always get sent to voice mail and to top it off when I want to leave a voice mail it days it is full good bye worst post office ever needs change

If the boss Lady is there the one with the tattoo under her right eye don't deal with her at all cost she is extremely rude and down talks her employees and tells them that that they have listen to her because she's the boss and not they are not. Other then that the rest of the employees are really nice.
