This is a very good office with friendly helpful employees. Unfortunately a single mail carrier has made dealing with USPS a nightmare. This carrier does not like to deliver packages from Amazon. Instead of delivering packages, they claim that our mailbox was obstructed. I can understand not delivering if the mailbox can't be accessed. However I have video camera surveillance that shows no attempt was made to deliver and the mailbox was not obstructed. This has happened many times despite the fact that intentionally delaying mail delivery is illegal. When UPS was delivering Amazon packages we never had a problem. It is a shame that the reputation of a hard working group is sullied by a rogue worker who doesn't share their same values.

I have not received mail in over a week, i was suppose to get a package on the 3rd of Jan, i received an email that my package couldn’t be delivered due to signature or no access to the house and that a note was left, i have a camera up front and no note was left either,there was no attemp to deliver, i was also home that day have 2 dogs that bark like mad when someone is up front.

Love this old fashioned big post office. Staff is efficient as they can be and communicate with each other and the customers professionally.

Quaint but doesn't give a crap much like all other Post Offices. Waited in line at 4:30 and needed to have a change of address made. Upon getting to the window I was asked to wait for the supervisor to do the change. The supervisor comes out at 5:00 and tells me the mail must be resent and for me to come back the next day. I had the time to send the mail but waited for the supervisor thinking I would be able to send the mail since I was being serviced. NOPE - I was instead told to come back the next day to send the mail despite the mail being medicine for an ailing family member. THANKS FOR NOTHING! USPS - True government in action! Prolly got a good laugh, right?
