I've been to this location multiple times. Always received great customer service.

Had 6 days to deliver my package after it arrived. Failed due to incompetence of the workers and system. Terrible

 The employees look and act like zombies when they're not being rude. Although the managers are very nice and helpful. Plan to be in line for way more then 10 mins. On top of rude..the employees have 3 speeds: slow, slower and stopped.

everytime I  expected a package I get this same excuse and I talk to the manager before about the situation and seem like he don't do anything   about it because keep happening  not all mail carrier are bad but some make look the post office in Waterbury really bad  I don't like like to have something coming from the post office because they always have excuse
to not delivery the package
