Doesn't deserve a star. They misplace mail, put it in the wrong boxes, deliver packages late and thats when they can find them. I have book that should of been here two days ago! When tracking it, site says it has been failed to be updated after going out. This has happened almost every time. Also I had a certified letter they stopped updating on. I called they told me they where holding it. I went in and they couldn't tell me where it was for a couple days then out of the blue it showed up at my house! Also not a fan of the staff, get short with you quickly.

I see the mailman finishing up with the mail and instead of coming to my house to deliver a package, he/she decides to go home. What he/she didnt know is that i have text notifications set up and i saw how he decided not to knock on my door but to pretend i wasnt there and leave the fail delivery note inside the mailbox. What if i needed that package today but his/her lazy self didnt feel like doing the job. The worst is that claims dont go anywhere.

This location has no self-serve facilities. If you go after hours, you cannot buy stamps or mail a package.

Agree with everyone that this post office deserves less than 1 star. My mail delivery is missed at least one day every week. They lose important mail like car registration stickers that cost me money to replace. I have Informed Delivery service now so that I know what is not getting delivered. When I try to call to complain, they do not answer the phone. What can be done when there is no accountability?

If I could post 0 stars I would. They don't deserve the one star because I have nothing nice to say about this place. They have lost more package than they've actually delivered to my house. They staff is not helpful the slightest. I'd rather spend the money to deliver a package myself. I do not trust them to deliver anything. They lost a very important package in less than 24 hours of leaving a notice at my house. While I was there waiting to talk to someone, they had another customer complain because they lost her package. GET A BETTER SYSTEM OR BETTER EMPLOYEES.
