Very rude staff. I was sending my husband who is currently serving a rotation in South Korea a package and the lady was very rude when I asked the best way to ship it (being that I don’t send stuff overseas often). She stated that I need to bring my own labels and have stuff ready to go by the time I get to the counter but any other place I have ever been said they’d prefer to place labels and valued me as a customer instead of stating I’m wasting other customers time by being at the counter not being 100% ready. I will never go back to this usps. The one on Gloster is much more organized and much friendlier staff. If the policy is the same with all USPS then all need to follow it! She treated me as if I worked there and I’m supposed to know everything about how all shipments work and cost. Very rude African American lady. The other lady was very nice and patient with me as a customer.
