Wait times are reasonable, and there are several chairs available for customers to sit in while waiting. Very organized deli-style ticket number system to maintain fairness and order--although a supervisor once "helped" by ignoring this system and first taking care of customers who had arrived after me, and therefore had later numbers than I did. I politely spoke up, and the female manager was rude and said that the number system simply "did not apply" to her because she was a supervisor. Otherwise, my experiences there have always been very good.
