Paid 11.95 for 2-day and it gets lost in the mail and doesn’t arrive for 12 days but they don’t offer refunds. Don’t go to this post office. Also don’t get your P.O. box here either. They mark “delivered in box” on tracking but nothing is there. Waste of time going and finding out your package wasn’t actually delivered.

Staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. BUT they need more employees on hand around 4 pm. My package that says it was delivered and signed for this morning was not in my PO box and I stood by the door where you ring the bell for service for probably 20 minutes with no answer.

Customer service is terrible.  So inconsistent and bad.  I have came in here and was sent out of line to put tape on my box and then another day I see the clerk put tape on someone else's box and send them on.  it seems to be how the clerk feels that day or how much effort they feel like giving.

They also like to complain to the customer.  I had a clerk today spend more time grabbing his manager to complain to me than the time it took to grab my mail.  Policy or not help your customer not complain  at them.

Either way if there was another option  for snail mail I would use it.  USPS seems just to be a waste.

Absolutely HORRIBLE TELEPHONE service! Not even able to speak to anyone. Had 1 HOUR wait time!!!!

They always lose our mail and delivery vet other people's mail to my home and deliver my mail and packages to other homes. Ridiculous!!! Sometimes I never get my packages at all.
