For the umpteenth time, this post office has mishandled my mother's mail while she is visiting me.  They are now denying that she filled out and filed a change of address form.  Not only did she do that correctly and in a timely manner, I personally notified her mail carrier of the change.  You can not get through to the office by phone because it is always busy.  This is more than a major convenience when bills, bank information, and health benefit information are not received.  We have tried different strategies over the years and this post office and its Post Master continually find ways to not deliver her mail.  I tried to give them no stars but it wouldn't let me.

They r bad about not picking up out going mail from your box..I've had to chase after them so they can take my mail..more then once..when tracking your package they mark it been put in your box when it had not been..everytime we get a new person the mail gets messed up..
