I have always had great experiences at this post office. The staff are fast and proficient. The p.o. boxes are always open and easy to access. The building is always clean. The passport office was an easy and helpful experience. I prefer this location when I'm in fort Collins. They also have all kinds of packaging and shipping supplies. I have run in with a completely unprepared item to ship and had it packaged, weighed, labeled and shipped in 20 minutes.

We just moved from Germany and our keys not work in our postage box. Everyone in the office only helpful and extremely friendly! They got me squared away right away and it was the best service I’ve ever had in the postal office. Thank you so much for all you do!

Like many other reviews, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. This was my first encounter with this post office. I got my wedding band from Amazon and it was worth a hefty price; consequently, they required that I sign for it (which is wonderful, not a problem). I wasn't home when it was delivered and I received a slip telling me to go to that post office to pick up my package. I arrived 4 hours AFTER the time they told me to come by, and the man that was helping me was incredibly demeaning and rude. He rubbed me the wrong way and ruined my day; this is saying a lot because I'm in a career that focuses on working with a diverse range of people. He talked to me as if I were 9 years old. After 25 minutes of him looking, he told me that my package wasn't there. According to him, they took it back to my place to redeliver it. When I got home, I waited for my mail. My mail came, but no doorbell ring and no package. I promptly went BACK to the post office and another man helped me. Was able to find the package in less than 2 minutes. When I inquired about talking to a manager about my experience earlier in the day, he refused. He also lied, saying that the package JUST made it to the post office MINUTES ago. To me, it's clear it was there the whole time. This experience ruined my day and I sincerely hope I don't have to work through them again.

Went to mail a package and buy stamps. I had to write a check (did not have cash or credit card with me). The man at the counter took my check for mailing the package, but refused to sell me stamps. He held up the book of stamps, said "You can't have these", put them back in his drawer and told me to buy them from the service rep wandering the lobby area. I asked why, he said "The system is not set up for that." ??? TERRIBLE SERVICE, rude employees.

if i could give no star i would. i went in to pick up a certified mail that the usps online tracking said was at this location. the older 'gentleman' behind the counter did everything but call me a liar. he finally took the number and went in back to track it. after 10 minutes he came back and said 'it's in loveland.' I asked which post office and he stated "I don't know, I WORK IN THIS ONE". If you hate your job gtfo. I hate this post office.
