UPDATE: After being on hold for over an hour when  my quoted time was 15-23 minutes, I explained my package was mistakingly delivered to their location and asked if I could just pick it up (2 hours from home) so I could have my package on time because I needed the package that contained outfits for my daughter for her pictures. I was told they COULD NOT hold it for me so I could drive there  and I would just have to wait until they sent it to me... Now they sent it OUT OF STATE TO IOWA instead of where I live ( which is an hour and a half closer than where they sent it to) I really don't  think they know what they are doing. I sincerely hope NONE of my future mail or packages are processed here again.

Ive been in fast food for three years, so i know customer service. Whomever is the "lead supervisor" gave me the utmost worst customer experience ever. She was incredibly rude, interrupting me, blaming me, and also assuming that i was at fault when all i needed was help. To think that i caused this problem to myself, and then yelling at me for it is completely out of line. you are paid at your job to help people. I cant believe the things she said to me when I asked for her to be more respectful. My problem wasnt even fixed by the end of the call. WOW. 

and yes, i hope you read this because you truly deserve this.
