Two times in 8 months I left outgoing mail in my mailbox (residential home) for my carrier to take and either carrier never came to my street or failed to look at my mailbox for any out going mail. I thought when I purchased stamps I also purchased this "service". Going forward I will pay more bills on line. Just recently I put mail out to go to my attorney here in Ashland, it was never received by their office, and yes it did contain confidential information. And the price of stamps keep going up.
