Have had to use Facebook groups in my community to track down my mail. Worst mail company ever. My packages were delivered to my neighbor...so instead of delivering to accurate address on the package...They sent back to shipper. This has happened multiple times...sometimes I won't have mail for a week And then I'll have all of my mail delivered in one day. Pure laziness and spent 1hr on 1800 number to track down packages. Poor customer service

The employees really try to help you save money by suggesting other means of shipping. There is a separate area for personal mailing needs. They sell packaging materials within that aren't expensive at all.

I've been here several times and even called once and got great service! The line moves quickly and all the postal workers have been more than friendly. Had trouble figuring out what my mailing address was on-post and they walked me through it. Very happy with all of my experience with this post office!
