One package was supposed to be here before Christmas, never got here until we finally called, and were told it had been sitting in there for 2 weeks. We never got any notice at all. Today I called to make sure I could pick up my package, and was told that I could between 4 and 4:30, but when I got there, it wasn't there, still on the truck. I wouldn't be irritated if they had just told me it wouldn't be there. If you have a package to send, I would go with UPS, the post office doesn't seem to be able to handle packages without making it as difficult as possible for the customer.

Very fast, short line if any at all. Has always taken care of postal needs.
