If I could give zero I would have. I ordered a birthday present from Amazon . It never made it. The carrier lied about dropping it off and electronically delivering a package to my house. I called the post office several times with the tracking information and was told by the post office they would call me back. A week later I called again, never did receive a callback, they tell me there is nothing they can do and that my daughter won't get her present. Whatever happened to customer service and pride at the post office. Obviously doesn't exist in Gurnee.

Gave me incorrect stamps, and my mail with important documents returned back to me after one month for incorrect postal stamps. Delayed my process for 2 months.

Dear Gurnee, Illinois Post Office: Your employees are lazy. We had Christmas gifts returned to the sender because the postal worker REFUSED to walk in our office building to deliver packages. Thank you, Stephanie

I have to give at least one star to review....these multiple star reviews must be for some other post office. The Gurnee post office is a joke. The old post office was small with only 3 cust serv windows. The new one IS bigger but still only has 3 counters. I also find the following statement by the post office to be hilarious, "Whether you are sending it or receiving it, your mail is important to you and the US Postal Service®. When mail is lost or delayed, we want to find it. If you think your package or mail is lost or delayed, follow these steps to help us find your mail." The Gurnee personnel couldn't give a rip about our mail. Some of the cust serv people would have us all believe they're performing brain surgery there. Head up the road to the Wadsworth office just off Wadsworth Rd

I'm trying to get in touch with the postmaster ......Lenay Rosing ............ My mail has stopped (by the mail carrier) Our carrier is too short to reach the mailbox so OUR Mail doesn't get delivered..........I just want this resolved ...............
