The ladies at the service desk of this Post Office have never been anything other than courteous and helpful to me. I was worried about coming here because of the reviews, but they have been above reproach. Perhaps people need to take a moment and remember they have a job to do and it isn't to make sure your day goes smooth and flawless.

Absolutely awful customer service. I went in to purchase my mailbox key as I just moved here. The woman at the counter told me they didn't have any and were waiting on a shipment. I asked her how I was supposed to get my mail and she instantly got an attitude. Anytime I asked a question to clarify, it was met with an annoyed sigh and an eye roll. When I asked when the shipment would be in she said 'I don't know' I asked her if she thought that was a little ridiculous and she rudely told me that was a matter of opinion and rolled her eyes. She argued with me the whole time. She did offer the mailmans number so I could meet him at my mailbox by 8am to get my mail. But her extreme disgust and attitude with having to help me was completely uncalled for. I will avoid this post office at all costs from now on. Terrible first impression and from the looks of the other reviews this is the norm for that location.

Worst post office I've ever had to deal with. I've had multiple problems with them over the past couple of years. What's worse is my house is a "managed service point" and sometimes the carrier totally skips my house. I've had outgoing mail clipped to my mail slot for the past two days and it's still there. I guess my bill is going to be late. I have also had issues with the management when I've gone to the actual office to ask questions. I don't even buy my stamps from this post office. I will drive out of my way to go to the Eisenhower location for the better customer service. You'd think the regional manager would step in and do an overhaul because I've only heard negative things about this location.

This location has the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my life!!! So Rude, and have no regard to make anyone happy. How are they even employed. It seems to be all the way up. There was one young black lady with a long ponytail that works here that looked very embarrassed of her co-workers. I hope she gets a better job with better people. They yell at customers...WHAT? Drive to the Oglethorpe location! Do not spend your money here. When i was walking out, she said imagine that the white girl is mad because I told them I would go somewhere else and would not tolerate being yelled at because the address was in the wrong place on the box. (After saying anywhere on the box is fine) could you move out of my way so I can help someone else and made me go to the back of the line after waiting through it 2 times. They do not even deserve one star. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Two days after Christmas and there is only one window open. Poor management.
