Sent a package to Port Wentworth, GA which is delivered by this PO. They updated tracking to say "unable to deliver...Receptacle blocked" ... there is NO snow, absolutely nothing to block this mailbox. This was  a small package. Now, I am trying to call this PO to see what is going on and they do not answer the telephone. It continually rings and rings and it IS business hours.  My buyer cannot get their package, I cannot get anyone there to let me know what is going on, and I just hope they will try to redeliver this package before Christmas :/ NOT happy.

Terrible USPS branch. Multiple lost packages and false information given out. When asked about a package that says it was deliver, but wasn't, they say it couldn't have been their fault and we have to go to a different branch to see if they on the off chance still have the package, even though it says it was delivered. The drivers are incredibly lazy and don't dod their job properly. Either the branch needs to be closed down or everyone laid off and bring in people that actually want to provide a proper service.

I went to the post office to deliver a package. I needed a piece of tape to attach my shipping label. I needed a piece about 3" long. The woman behind the counter told me they didn't have a piece of tape. Are you freaking kidding me?? Typical govt operation. They would never last in the real world.

I told the post office that I needed my package dropped off at my front porch by signing the orange slip. instead of telling me that I couldn't have it dropped off, they decided not to contact me at all. I called the post office and they told me that the only way my package can get to my house is to have them send it to downtown Savannah and have it somehow maybe get to my house eventually. I decided to pick up the package and waste my time.
