The customer service here is ZERO. Horrible employees who clearly hate their job and don't want to work there. I was the only one in the line and 2 ladies were working and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. I had to ask them to help me instead of the other way around. When I did get helped the lady had a HUGE attitude with me. Will not be returning to this post office.

A woman had been inside filling out paperwork for five minutes after I walked in and I was waiting in line. As soon as she finished writing, she cut the line and walked up to the teller. I said, "ma'am...I was in line ahead of you" and the teller said that because she walked in the door first, she would go first. How does that make sense when she hadn't been ready and I was waiting? She even had to fill out paperwork at the counter and she was still filling stuff out at the counter that the clerk told her she missed when I was walking out the door after paying for my item. That's bad customer service and they definitely don't handle things like that at the Barnard St location.

We have a mail carrier that sprayed pepper spray at our dog for absolutely no reason. The dog was sitting on the porch with my roommate. Dog wagged his tail and did not even move. She apparently has attacked other neighbors dogs. We will be filing a police report and involving a lawyer. Since then she has not delivered our mail and has lied to her supervisors and states that our dog was chasing her and attacking her. Her supervisor told us that she lies often on the houses she delivers to and that she was fired. WE STILL ARE NOT GETTING MAIL and she is still delivering in our neighborhood. EVERY SINGLE HOUSE HAS DOGS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. We are at work when she delivers mail. Does she think our wonderful and handsome dogs grew thumbs so they can open the door and eat her? If she does not get fired or if our mail continues to not be delivered we will take further action. This is why the USPS is going under.

Nothing ever gets delivered or placed in mailbox on time...slow service as usual in Savannah
