All of the postal employees are very nice and helpful. They put up cute holiday decorations and try to make the post office environment welcoming for everyone.

Worst customer service EVER!  I have worked in customer service for 19 years and that is not how you should treat your customers.  They are the rudest, grumpiest, two ladies I have ever encountered.  A smile goes a long way.  They need to replace these two grumps with people that actually exude good customer service.  What a poor representation of the USPS.  It baffles me that they are still employed.

Horrible attitude. I waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the counter then was greeted with an attitude. I guess I should have apologized for showing up and interrupting their conversation. Sorry Natalie.

Extremely poor customer service every time I go there. Unfriendly cashiers who frequently handle packages with irreverence. Last visit, I clearly wrote "glass do not drop" on the package and she threw it in the bin behind her as soon as she was done ringing it up for me. Regularly opens late/closes early.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Natalie was the last who helped me this am. She was so rude and ride to the lady in front of me. Enjoy your job or go get a new one.  Yuck
