I went in for a passport update and had to deal with a woman named Barbra. She was extremely rude and condescending. She told me to step back and I was trying to be kind and said "you're good." She turned to me and snapped yelling saying "I'm good but you're not." She was extremely unhelpful and wouldn't help me at all. I had spoken to the office on the phone and they said I didn't need to bring my birth certificate. When she got upset I asked to speak to someone and she got really angry. It was horrible. I have to go back again this week and I'm dreading it

My mailbox was broken so I would go every day to the post office for a month to check my mail. (I was expecting important mail.) Once a week, I would ask if my mailman was aware of my situation and if they would drop off my mail into the office instead. They would say all their employees were aware of this. Fast forward one month later, none of the mail I was expecting had arrived. The email notifications would specify that my address was deemed un-deliverable. Clearly upset, I call the post office and apparently they weren't holding my mail at all like they said they would and have been sending it back to the sender. They said they would notify their employees of my situation from now on. I was even more upset now, I HAD BEEN ASKING THEM ONCE A WEEK IF THEY HAD DONE THIS! As a side note, the mailbox was fixed within a week but the mailman refuses to deliver because and I quote "I won't deliver the mail if the mailbox is inside the house". Literally dozens of apartments have indoor mailboxes in the area. The approved indoor mailbox was even purchased FROM THE USPS. Customer service: 0/10 Overall service: 0/10

I have never encountered suck rude people in my life and I am a social worker. I will never go to this post office again. I went to pick up a form for an APO address and the lady was so rude she rolled her eyes and tossed the form at me. When I went to mail the package with the form completed the lady stared at me and while rolling her eyes saying I needed to write it on the box and by another label. There was no line and no one waiting good customer service would have been to help me instead of making me feel like I was not wanted and that my business was not good enough. I will be taking this complaint as far as I can take it. I mean have you seen the other reviews on this location they have a 1.2 score. They should all be ashamed and fired.

I've used this location numerous times. A couple of their employees have always been pleasant and extremely helpful (Ernestine and the one older gentleman are wonderful), but Barbara is by far the rudest federal worker I've ever met in my life. Was condescending, insulting ("That's the problem with you millennials, etc."), and I'm holding my breath expecting her to lose the letter I had sent off as she had carelessly tossed it in a bin behind her. I asked her what her issue was, if I had done something to her personally. She cackled as I stormed out. What a nasty woman. After a failed attempt to contact a manager via phone that had me needlessly waiting over two hours, I finally wrote an email to corporate. As I'm reading these other reviews, it is obvious that your employee Barbara does not need to be employed here any longer. Is there not a manager on duty to discipline her for her horrible attitude!?

This is by far the worst costumer service I have ever received. Never in my entire life have a ever met someone so rude and disrespectful. I went to get my passport renewed and the women helping me (Barbra) was absolutely horrible. Being an adult, i've dealt with many unkind people but this takes the cake. She looked at my ID photo and told me it was a read flag because I looked good in the photo then insulted my appearance. It was 8 in the morning and I was sick but regardless you don't speak to people like that. Then while she was typing something I was checking my email on my phone and she turned and yelled at me for using my phone.
