These folks are extremely nice. It’s never too busy. Parking is ample as it’s in a large, convenient area. Not sure what location the other reviewer was at haha.

It is hard to find from the road as it is at an angle in between the Kroger and the plaza. Also, the parking is terrible since it's shared with the other businesses. So if you're planning to drop off big packages or a big quantity be prepared with bags or a cart. I had to park pretty far from the entrance. It was a bit hilarious to see a woman who had just parked next to me as I was leaving with the most displeased expression on her face as she struggled with a big box in her hands.  Other than that, the postal worker were nice and quick.

Spoke to the manager I believe or the individual who could assist me with delivery, he was awesome BUT Beverly R Green is a horrible customer service representative. She was rude, cut me off as I was speaking, had an attitude with me. I truly hope she gets fired considering she doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I feel sorry for the number of individuals that have to talk to her as she is not very helpful.
