I had to return things and must have to print the label so I waited the line for after  30 minutes but then they said they didn't print the return label!😖😖😖 ughhhhh... worst usps place I ever been...😤😤😤..

I am posting under another account. anyways I went in this past week and terror struck me. I am dumbfounded at the negligence of this office. PLEASE. please. do not send your mail here. it will get lost or never scanned in. thank u for reading. help yourselves.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I don´t get to go regularly since there is a closer USPS to me, but when I do everything is all right. I either drop off packages or go through line at most 3 people (maybe its not the busiest part of the day). A plus is that they close until 7 and most offices close super early.  Thank you!

I live in south pharr, they have the worst service ever there are the most lazy people they leave notes saying they missed me when i was home just for them not to get off and if there is a car parked in front of the mailbox they rather bring the mail another day. and if there is a trashcan they push it with there vechicle to move it. i dont know where to call to make a complaint.
