don't go there very often but it is better than Glenview, Des Plaines or Arlington Heights

Had a package that was a gift come through this postal facility. Never saw it . It was part of UPS Mail Innovations . It was handed off to USPS on 07/14/2017 and my package was never logged in .
Given the low ratings for the USPS postal facility in Bensenville, UPS should not risk there reputation by handing off packages to them. It clearly is not the route to go.

Dear Robert aka bob aka supervisor.

Your lack of concern and failure to respond to a very simple request made me leave this review.

Dont bother calling me back now, i found out what i needed to know after my girlfriend chased down the mail carrier on Saturday asking if he left the package. He did. 

And today, a very helpful staff member answered the 2nd part of my question.

As for you Rob, thanks for nothing.
If tasks like these are too much for you to handle, maybe rethink your position.

Every day we have different mailman and hard to be sure that they know who is who in commercial part of our building.

Every time I have been there have had a good experience. People very friendly and helpful. I don't understand what the problem is with the other reviews, unless they gave someone a hard time to start with. Would recommend this Post office.
