I always have a pleasant experience at the location. Usually there waits aren't long. The clerks are friendly and helpful. Displays for cards, gift cards, flat rate envelopes, etc are full when I go. They also do passports here, which is great.

The clerks are rude, and they seem like they don't want to wait on anyone. Unlike the post office on Stadium, they don't take walk-ins for passports. It's appointment only, even if they aren't busy. Then if you make an appointment, they still try to get out of taking care of passports. My boyfriend had to prove he had an appointment in order for them to take him. I just went to the post office on Stadium instead. Also our postal carrier loses and misplaces our mail sometimes.

The tall old skinny guy with the glasses is so terrible. The lady was much nicer. He should have been fired a long time ago. Retire!! Post office seems to have one bad worker at least in every location. The one on Novi Rd has one, too. That fat guy!

I was supposed to receive my package 3.5 weeks ago. However, the tracking system said that it wasn't updated and that there was an error. When I went to the Post Office, they said that the didn't know where it was. They lost my package. They are not reliable. I'm very disappointed.

Wish it could be zero starts like many have stated. This is honestly the worst USPS I have ever had to deal with. Their mail carriers don't come half the time when its actually NICE outside. I do live on a dirt road so I understand when winter hits my road is a safety hazard as the mail lady has actually gotten stuck by our mailbox before, but this is 75°F + weather!!! Also when I had a package come that needed my signature, the mail lady said nobody was home and I was home all day waiting for the package. She never did and when I called her out on it she got mad at me because she's never actually taken the time to come up my driveway and knock on the door. If UPS and FedEx can, so can you. A lot of people who work here need to be fired and immediately replaced because anytime a package is switched from UPS/FedEx to being delivered by USPS I honestly cry each time because it takes them FOREVER and they NEVER deliver the packages on time.
