Four stars because of it's size (it's small) and even if people are working both windows, if a line forms it may take a while.  However, I have always gotten good service there.  They do have a self-service kiosk if you want to skip the line for most transactions.

Business as usual. I do like the self serve kiosk, but I dislike that you have to buy 3 stamps to serve yourself.

friendly people and employees, door is open 24 hours so i can always get in there to put a small package in the drop box thing. small location, never too long of a wait.
