Rudest bunch of employees I have ever met. Don’t dare bring something in the wrong box because they won’t help you repackage like North East & Chesapeake City. I’d take the extra time and go to one of those locations.

Fed ex dropped my package of to these people,so I called to see if I could come and pick it up,and the guy was rude and said he hasn't sorted anything yet and that I could not come and get it.Never had anyone be so rude,and deny me the ability to pick up something they are paid to hand me.

Dont expect anything from here tried change of address its been over 5months and sometimes i get my mail at my new house. But most of the time they still deliver to old house :(

They don't answer their phone. I've called twice now because I have switched my address over for over 2 weeks now and have yet to receive any of my mail. And I asked my mom if my mail was still coming to her house and she said no. So where is my mail really going? Absolutely irritating that they can't even answer the phone.

0ne star is to many constantly leave my box open exposed to the elements and,deliver my packages at their convenience the tracking shows it as delevered but I might see it two days later.
