A box shoved into my letter box that I had to cut to remove the contents which got damaged and my scraped. Third time this has happened.

very rude clerk named Vicki treated my family very poorly during our passport application process for our infant.  The entire process took less than 5 min.  We had all the required documents prepared. We paid the fee. And the entire time she acted as though we were an inconvenience and burden to her.
