Waited almost an hour for someone to show up at the passport window. People called for assistance, but no one showed until those of us in line started complaining. Why are there only two people up front on a Friday afternoon?

The clerk with dark hair and glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. After politely explaining to her that the ebay seller sent me a message saying she sent me the wrong package and that I should take it back to the post office, she gave me an attitude and took up too much of my time.
